When you meet the eligibility requirements your name will be added to the fancy shmancy Miligirl Wellness Art Giveaway glass bowl. When a total of 500 names are added to bowl Melanie Banayat will randomly choose one name out of the bowl. This will be video taped and posted on MiligirlTV, the Miligirl Wellness blog, and the Miligirl Wellness Facebook Fan Page.
Deadline for eligibility: The cut off point for this giveaway is when my a total of 500 people sign up for the miligirl wellness newsletter and facebook fan page.
Selection: The winner will be chosen by random chance selection. The random chance selection will take place within 7 days following the cut off point. The random chance selection will be done by Melanie Banayat. Melanie will draw the winners name from the glass container with the names of all the participants.
Winner Announcement: The winner’s name will be announced on the www.MiligirlWellness.com blog the day that the winner is selected by random chance selection.
Winner Notification: The winner will be sent a notification by email on the same day that the random selection takes place. The winner must confirm that they received their winning email notification within 20 days following the notification date or he/she will forfeit his/her prize.
