Today's Nutrition Nugget -- The Secret to Eating Chocolate while Losing Weight!
Gotta Love This! Your body can actually lose weight while eating chocolate as long as it’s in a metabolic state equal to pleasure. Now isn’t that Genius? That's how brilliant your body is.
This month's video is worth watching if you are a chocolate lover - like most women. As it turns out, chocolate can be a weight loss ally, if eaten in a specific way.
GOOD TO KNOW: It's only when "enjoyment" is enmeshed with guilt and shame that the experience of eating a dessert transforms into something totally different - compulsion - at which point it ceases to be enjoyment at all. So, allow yourself to have your dessert in a very relaxed state of mind to prevent your stress fighting hormones from kicking in.
